As a Prompt Engineer-Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio, you will work at the intersection of Generative AI, Assurance domain knowledge, prompt engineering, and Microsoft Copilot platform engineering.

The selected candidate will design, build, test, optimize, and govern AI-powered prompts, agents, and conversational workflows that support Assurance professionals and audit teams.

The role involves developing reliable and scalable Copilot solutions that are accurate, explainable, secure, compliant, and suitable for enterprise use.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prompt Engineering & Generative AI

• Design and optimize prompts for Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Develop prompts for audit, controls, risk, reporting, and Assurance use cases.
• Create multi-turn conversational workflows and system prompts.
• Develop grounding instructions and response constraints.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques and AI guardrails.
• Work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in AI-enabled products, automation, digital transformation, or related technology roles.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and LLM-based applications.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Programming experience with Python.
• Experience or practical knowledge of LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
